Silabus Lengkap | Materi pada kuliah ini difokuskan pada hal-hal yang relevan dengan biologi sel dan molekuler tumbuhan, yang meliputi struktur dan fungsi organel kloroplas, kontrol dan regulasi ekspresi gen dan rekayasa genetika pada kloroplas; Plant metabolic diversity, evolusi metabolik, metabolisme karbohidrat dan lipid; biogenesis struktur sekresi metabolit, transport metabolit (ABC transporter); transport membran, short- and long-distance transport; nutrient sensing and signalling; integrasi fotosintesis, komunikasi antar sel terutama terkait dengan peran dinding sel sebagai dalam akumulator fotosintat terbesar; peran dan interaksi hormon dalam proses tumbuh, pembelahan, diferensiasi sel; serta mekanisme dan induksi lingkungan terhadap kematian sel terprogram pada tumbuhan (plant cell death) | This course is focused on advances in plant cell and molecular biology including structure, function, regulation of gene expression and genetic engineering of chloroplast; Plant metabolic diversity, metabolic evolution, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism; biogenesis of secretory structure, ABC transporter; membrane transport, short- and long-distance transport; nutrient sensing and signalling; integrated photosyntesis, cell communication especially on plant cell wall (the largest sink of photosyntate); role and interaction of hormones in growth and development; mechanism and induction of plant cell death |
